Top Shelf Transportation Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using the services of Top Shelf Transportation (“Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Top Shelf Transportation provides party bus transportation services for private events, celebrations, and group outings. Services may include:

  • Transportation to designated locations

  • On-board amenities 

  • Driver services

3. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations must be made in advance through the website.

  • A credit card is required to be on file to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made  before the scheduled service.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, cash, check,

  • Prices may vary based on duration, distance, number of passengers, and pick up point.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the service will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.

  • Cancellations made within 72 of service may be non-refundable.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety concerns, weather, or other emergencies; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers must follow local laws and regulations, including alcohol laws if consuming alcohol on board.

  • No illegal substances or activities are permitted.

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited on the bus.

  • Passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of 14 people.

  • Passengers must not damage the bus or its equipment. Any damages will be charged to the responsible party.

  • The driver has the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.

6. Safety and Liability

  • All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.

  • Standing or moving around while the bus is in motion is strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed on board.

  • Passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity of 14 people.

  • Top Shelf Transportation is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

  • The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Alcohol Policy (if applicable)

  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only if legally permitted and if passengers are of legal drinking age.

  • The driver reserves the right to stop service or refuse service if alcohol use becomes unsafe.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Shelf Transportation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Indemnification

Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Shelf Transportation, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, violation of the Terms of Service, or illegal actions.

10. Modifications

Top Shelf Transportation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or providing notice to the customer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
