By filling out your information below, you acknowledge the following rider agreement: You agree that neither Top Shelf Tours, nor any of its owners, employees, or drivers, is in any way responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings at any time. Top Shelf Tours reserves the right to remove from the bus any overly intoxicated, destructive, violent, overtly racist, and/or homophobic, threatening, or dangerous passengers for the safety of the bus and/or driver, other passengers, and the driving public. The parties understand that Top Shelf Tours is not responsible for any items left in any vehicle, nor is it responsible for lost or stolen items at any time during or after the reservation. The parties understand that Top Shelf Tours is not responsible for any late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup, and drop-off information, or force majeure. The parties understand that by participating in Top Shelf Tours, they agree that they will pay (or be charged) a minimum additional fee of $100 if cleanup is necessary after their participation on Top Shelf Tours. Top Shelf Tours shall have the sole discretion of determining whether a rider shall be charged for the necessity of cleanup. Smoking of any substance is not allowed and an additional fee of $75 may be charged to take care of odors. Confetti, glitter, feathers, or other similar items that cause an unnecessary or difficult mess will be charged an additional $75. Decoration of the bus for special occasions is permitted but must be removed after the tour or rental is completed. You promise that no illegal substances will be used while on a Top Shelf Tours vehicle, and further agree that they will hold Top Shelf Tours harmless if illegal or illicit substances are found while on a Top Shelf Tours vehicle. You understand that you are responsible for your own behavior and alcohol consumption and are participating in Top Shelf Tours with full knowledge and awareness that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. Top Shelf Tours will attempt to follow the proposed itinerary but may adjust travel schedules and destinations as conditions warrant. You have read, understood, and completed this waiver of liability with all questions asked and answered to their full satisfaction. You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns nor legal representatives will initiate legal proceedings or make any other claims whatsoever against Top Shelf Tours, the owners or employees thereof, or its members for any personal injury, property damage and/or loss, or wrongful death. You understand that by signing this waiver, you are relinquishing your right to seek legal claims and remedies against Top Shelf Tours relating to their participation in services offered by Top Shelf Tours.
